At companies established and operated by Catalyst, we actively appoint young talent—including undergraduate students—to leadership and management positions.

They are not interns observing business from the sidelines.

They are given the opportunity to lead businesses, make decisions, develop strategies, and take responsibility for execution.

When a young CEO or management team identifies a specific capability that the business requires—whether in sales, finance, human resources, strategy, or business development—they communicate that need to Catalyst.

Catalyst then identifies, evaluates, and appoints the appropriate professionals.

Catalyst is developing a network of experienced professionals in their 40s through their 80s with deep expertise across sales, finance, banking, human resources, corporate planning, business development, and other critical functions.

We draw particularly on professionals with ties to Niigata, including networks formed through high school alumni communities, while also connecting individuals with extensive experience in corporations, financial institutions, government, and professional services.

Catalyst selects and interviews candidates based on the capabilities required by each business and assigns the most appropriate professionals for the necessary period.

Our objective is not to build a large organization simply by increasing headcount.

Instead, we seek to deploy the right expertise, in the right place, at the right time.

This is the Catalyst Orchestration Model.

Catalyst&Co. hereby announces that, effective September 30, 2026, it has acquired 100% of the shares of Seibu Life Co., Ltd., making Seibu Life a wholly owned subsidiary of Catalyst&Co.

1. Purpose of the Acquisition

Catalyst&Co. aims to create new businesses and value by connecting diverse resources within local communities, including companies, professionals, universities, financial institutions, and the next generation of business leaders.

Seibu Life has developed a strong community-based business foundation through its nursing care and welfare services in Niigata Prefecture.

Through this acquisition, Catalyst&Co. will combine Seibu Life’s operational expertise in nursing care and welfare with Catalyst&Co.’s capabilities in management, business development, investment, and human resources.

Together, we will pursue the sustainable growth of Seibu Life’s existing businesses while developing new business models for the future of regional healthcare and welfare.

Catalyst&Co. also intends to create opportunities for university students, young professionals, and external experts to participate directly in corporate management, connecting regional business development with the development of the next generation of business leaders.

1．株式取得の目的

当社は、地域に存在する企業、人材、大学、金融機関、そして次世代の経営人材など、多様な経営資源を結びつけることで、新たな事業と価値を創出することを目指しています。

株式会社セイブライフは、新潟県内において介護・福祉サービスを展開し、地域社会に密着した事業基盤を築いてきました。

今回のグループ化を通じて、セイブライフが培ってきた介護・福祉分野における現場力と、当社の経営・事業開発・投資・人材ネットワークを組み合わせ、既存事業の持続的な成長と、地域の介護・ヘルスケア領域における新たな事業モデルの構築を進めてまいります。
